PTA launches the online portal for IP whitelisting. First of all, you have to decide which service you want to use, IP whitelisting will be require for two things VOIP & VPN.

Here we will discuss IP whitelisting for VOIP. It is necessary for the IP whitelisting for the VOIP your company should be registered with the PSEB (Pakistan Software Export Board) as a call center.

Here we will discuss how to register for the call center with PSEB.

PSEB Launches online platform to apply for the call center registration. Online portal link is provided below,

Sign up on above link with the required information and login with your credentials.

In registration Menu you will find the 6 steps to apply for the call center registration. These 6 steps are mentioned hereunder.

Registration form have multiple sections, in first step of registration form we require below mentioned details.

Note

Step 2 or 3 is not necessary. Sometime when you submit registration form (Step 1) second step having problem to complete then you will have to contact with PSEB team for support.

They will change it from backend and you will directly can access step 4 which is payments.

Payments

You have to pay 20,000 Rs. For the registration of 1 year. Payment will be made in PSEB account via bank draft.

Submit the deposit receipt on online portal and also send the deposit slip on email address of PSEB Assigned personnel.

 

IP’s whitelist

After submission the registration form and payment now apply for the IP whitelisting if IP whitelisting section is not accessible then email to the assigned personnel of PSEB they will unlock it and you will be able to submit the IP details.

Visit Request

After submission of IP detail, you have to request the visit of PSEB personnel. Send them email on the registered email address which is provided on the PSEB website. They will assign someone to visit on WhatsApp video call.

Person will visit your organization via WhatsApp call to check and verify the all details which you provided.
